I didn’t receive my transfer update

Short answer

Transfer updates are available in your dashboard. If you did not receive a notification, your transfer may still be processing or the update may have been delivered silently.


Where to check your transfer status

Always check your transfer status directly in your Oneremit dashboard:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to Transfers
  • Select the relevant transfer to view its current status


The dashboard is the most reliable source of truth.


Why you may not receive an update

You may not receive a notification if:

  • The transfer is still in Processing
  • The status has not changed since the last update
  • Email notifications are delayed or filtered
  • The transfer was updated outside notification thresholds


What each status means

  • Processing: Internal checks are ongoing
  • Sent: Funds have been released to the receiving bank
  • Completed: The recipient bank has confirmed receipt
  • Failed / Reversed: The transfer could not be completed

What to do next

  1. Check the current status in your dashboard
  2. Compare the status against expected settlement times for the corridor
  3. Allow time for bank-side processing if the status is Sent

Notifications are informational. The transfer status shown in your dashboard always takes priority.


When to contact support

Contact support only if:

  • The transfer status is Sent and the expected settlement time has passed
  • The status shows Failed or Reversed
  • You cannot view the transfer in your dashboard

  • Destination corridor
  • Current transfer status
