# I didn’t receive my transfer update

Transfer updates are available in your dashboard. If you did not receive a notification, your transfer may still be processing or the update may have been delivered silently.

### Where to check your transfer status
Always check your transfer status directly in your Oneremit dashboard:
* Log in to your account
* Navigate to **Transfers**
* Select the relevant transfer to view its current status

The dashboard is the most reliable source of truth.

### Why you may not receive an update
You may not receive a notification if:
* The transfer is still in **Processing**
* The status has not changed since the last update
* Email notifications are delayed or filtered
* The transfer was updated outside notification thresholds

### What each status means
* **Processing:** Internal checks are ongoing
* **Sent:** Funds have been released to the receiving bank
* **Completed:** The recipient bank has confirmed receipt
* **Failed / Reversed:** The transfer could not be completed

### What to do next
1. Check the current status in your dashboard
2. Compare the status against expected settlement times for the corridor
3. Allow time for bank-side processing if the status is **Sent**

Contact support **only if**:
* The transfer status is **Sent** and the expected settlement time has passed
* The status shows **Failed** or **Reversed**
* You cannot view the transfer in your dashboard
