Transfer statuses explained

Track your transfer: statuses and what they mean

Tags: SME, Corporate · Transfer tracking · Issues

Short answer

You can track every outbound transfer from your dashboard using its status. Each status tells you exactly where the transfer is in the payout process.

Transfer statuses explained

Processing

Your transfer is undergoing internal checks before payout. This may include verification, beneficiary validation, or compliance review.

Sent

Funds have been released from Oneremit to the destination banking network. At this stage, settlement timing depends on the corridor and receiving bank.

Completed

The beneficiary bank has confirmed receipt of funds.

What can cause delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete beneficiary details
  • New account or first-time transfer review
  • Large or unusual transfer amounts
  • Receiving bank processing rules

When to contact support

Contact support only if:

  • The transfer is marked Sent and has exceeded the expected settlement time for that corridor
  • You see a Failed or Reversed status

Have this ready:

  • Transfer reference ID
  • Amount and currency
  • Destination bank and beneficiary name
