# Your Personal FX Desk

## Your Personal FX Desk

Every approved business on Oneremit gets a dedicated account manager. Think of them as your personal FX desk — someone who knows your business and can help you move money faster and cheaper.

When you're onboarded, we create a private WhatsApp group with you and your account manager. From there, you can simply send your payment instructions and our team handles the rest.

| We don't just process — we advise. 
| If you need to pay a supplier in Canada urgently, we might recommend sending CAD via Interac instead of USD, because it settles faster. If you're paying someone in Turkey, we'll tell you whether USD, EUR, or TRY gives you the best rate for that transaction.

The platform supports 8 currencies, but through your account manager, we can handle payments in **up to 100 currencies** to virtually any country. This is especially useful for:

* Large-volume payments that need custom pricing
* Currencies not listed on the dashboard
* Situations where you need advice on the best route
