  • Recipient was paid but funds are not visible yet
    If a transfer is marked Completed but the recipient does not see the funds yet, the receiving bank may still be processing the credit. This is common and usually resolves shortly. What “Completed” means Completed indicates that Oneremit has received confirmation from the payout network that funds were delivered to the recipient’s bank.   • I didn’t receive my transfer update
    Transfer updates are available in your dashboard. If you did not receive a notification, your transfer may still be processing or the update may have been delivered silently.
